Shrimp breaded with coconut and mango sauce
- 12 big shrimp
- 1 cup flour
- 2 Huevos
- 2 new Panko
- 1/2 taza Coco rallado
- 1/2 liter Oil

FOR THE SAUCE
- 4 Mangoes , the pulp
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 cucharadas Azúcar Glass
- 2 Arbol chilli, chopped
- Salt fumage to taste
- Pepper fumage to taste
Bread the shrimp with the flour.
Pass through the egg, breaded with the panko and coconut previously mixed. Press lightly.
Refrigerate covered for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil and fry until golden brown.
Drain on absorbent paper.
