An easy and quick dish to prepare, tasty and nutritious;
PINK SALMON WITH HONEY, LEMON AND SPICES
4 salmon fillets of approx 200 gc/u
– 2 tablespoons of honey
– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon of chili powder, or alternatively ground chili, or
nothing if you prefer not spicy
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– 2 finely minced garlic cloves or a teaspoon of garlic
powder
– 1 teaspoon of cumin
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– freshly ground black pepper
We smear the fillets with honey and lemon juice.
Mix the other seasonings and distribute them on top.
Place the fillets in a roasting pan sprayed with vegetable spray
or brushed with oil and bake at 200* for 20 minutes
