Spaghetti pesto with shrimp

Ingredients to prepare spaghetti with pesto sauce and
shrimp
With these quantities we will have for 4 people:
 450 grams of spaghetti
 20 shrimp
 2 cloves of garlic
 20 basil leaves
 30 gr of grated Parmesan cheese
 30 gr of grated pecorino cheese
 30 g of pine nuts
 extra virgin olive oil
 Salt

Cook the spaghetti over medium-high heat in a pot with plenty of water and
a pinch of salt . To leave them al dente, we cook them for the time indicated
by the manufacturer on the package. In my case it was 8 minutes. Then we
drain the spaghetti with the help of a colander and reserve.

While the pasta is cooking, make the pesto sauce. To do this, we incorporate
the basil leaves in the blender glass, previously washed and cut the stem.

We also add the Parmesan cheese , the Pecorino cheese , the pine nuts ,
the previously peeled garlic cloves, about 125 ml of olive oil and a pinch of
salt.

Process for a few seconds until everything is crushed, forming a
homogeneous sauce. We rectify any of the ingredients to leave the sauce to
our liking and reserve.

Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and when
hot, sauté the previously peeled shrimp for a couple of minutes.

Now we add the well-drained spaghetti and the pesto sauce. We stir
everything carefully until the ingredients are perfectly integrated and we can
now serve this delicious dish at the table.
