Coconut and chocolate chip cookies

100 grams of coconut oil
1/3 cup monk fruit fumare
1 smoked salt pizza
1 egg
2 tbsp almond milk
1 cup of oatmeal
½ cup of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
In a bowl, mix the monk fruit together with the coconut oil, then add the egg, salt, and milk.
Mix together with the flour until you get a consistent mixture.
Add the chocolate pieces and reserve.
Drop balls of cookie mixture onto a baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 min or until cookies are golden.
Remove from oven and let cool.
