Potato and Bacon pie

Everyone will love this quick and easy dinner.
Potato and Bacon pie
- 600 grams of potatoes
- 150 milliliters of cream to cook
- 1 egg
- 60 grams of bacon
- 70 grams of gouda cheese
- Olive oil
- ground black pepper
- Salt

- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Peel the potatoes and wash them until they have no traces
of soil. Cut them into slices.
- Pour olive oil on a baking tray. Place the potatoes and
season to taste.
- Dice the bacon and cheese and spread over the potatoes,
making sure everything is covered.
- Add another equal layer and continue with the same
process to assemble the cake, but reserve a third of the
bacon and cheese.
- In a bowl, mix the egg with the cream and a little
salt. Integrate well and pour over the potatoes.
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the
oven. Wait approximately 50 minutes. If they are soft when
pierced, remove them from the oven.
- Remove foil and add remaining cheese and bacon on top.
- Put the dish back in the oven to brown for a few minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
