Chicken breasts with soy sauce and peanut paste


3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ onion, chopped
1 carrot cut into thin strips
1 scallion finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
100 cc of soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut paste
Black pepper fumage gourmet to taste
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups cooked white rice, quinoa, or amaranth
Heat a frying pan with the oil over medium heat and grill the chicken breasts back and forth.Once they turn golden, add the onion, carrot, garlic and scallion.Continue cooking over medium heat for 4 more minutes.Now add the peanut paste together with the soy sauce, cover the pan and finish cooking everything for approximately 10 minutes on low heat.Finally, season to taste and I served the chicken breasts on a mattress of white rice, quinoa or amaranth along with the sauce and vegetables.
